Project Overview
Industry Job Platforms is a suite of industry-specific job boards, each with a unique visual identity but built on a shared HTML structure. The project aimed to provide partners with tailored platforms for different job sectors while maintaining scalability, efficiency, and a consistent user experience across all sites.
Objective
Design and develop multiple niche job sites with distinct branding while using a unified HTML foundation to reduce code redundancy. Each site needed to be visually appealing, responsive, SEO-friendly, and easy to maintain and scale for new industries.
Core Challenge
Balancing uniqueness and consistency was the main challenge. Each Industry Job Platforms required its own branding, icons, and colour palette, but the underlying structure and UX had to remain consistent. The project also demanded a scalable front-end approach to ensure future sites could be launched quickly without repeating development work.
Validation & Next Steps
Early planning focused on creating a flexible, reusable system that could adapt to different industries without compromising UX or performance. Wireframes, prototypes, and style guides were used to validate layouts, navigation, and visual hierarchy for each Industry Job Platform, ensuring consistency and clarity across the suite. Concept diagrams and layout prototypes helped test responsive behaviour and content structure before full development, while shared HTML and CSS frameworks were designed for scalability, allowing new sites to be rolled out efficiently. Post-launch validation is planned to track user engagement, navigation patterns, and site-specific SEO performance to guide future optimisations.
Future Enhancements
While the core framework is fully functional, additional features are planned to enhance user engagement, content management, and scalability for future niches. These improvements focus on expanding partner capabilities and refining the user experience across devices.

The Outcome
The Industry Job Platforms project delivered a suite of visually unique, mobile-optimized job boards built on a scalable and maintainable HTML foundation. The modular design system allows new niche sites to be deployed efficiently, reducing development effort and ensuring consistent UX across the suite.
